I’m Kamelia, founder of Baby’s First Glance—and just like you, I believe that pregnancy should feel magical, not medical.
After years working in the diagnostic world, I kept hearing the same thing from expectant moms: “That ultrasound felt rushed, cold, and forgettable.” So I created something better.
Here, every detail is designed to make you feel safe, seen, and celebrated. From our soft lighting and cozy rooms to our certified, OB-trained technicians, this is a space where you can finally connect with your baby in a way that feels real.
We opened in 2025 with one goal: to give families a once-in-a-lifetime experience that’s emotional, personal, and worth remembering. And clearly—it’s working.

Baby’s First Glance is a premier non-diagnostic 2D/3D/4D/5D ultrasound imaging studio in the Bay Area. We provide expectant families with a professional, family-friendly environment to see and connect with their baby through high-quality ultrasound images in a warm, comfortable setting.
Kamelia graduated from sonography school in 2017 and has over four years of specialized experience in 3D and 4D prenatal ultrasound imaging. She also works in a diagnostic OB/GYN setting, which has strengthened her understanding of fetal development, patient care, and ultrasound technology. Her background includes a bachelor’s degree in journalism and professional experience as a journalist before transitioning to sonography.
After experiencing seven miscarriages, Kamelia became deeply interested in ultrasound and pursued sonography training. Following personal loss and professional growth in the field, she dreamed of creating a space where she could provide compassionate, personalized care to expectant families. That dream became reality when she opened Baby’s First Glance in June 2025.
Kamelia’s core values are compassion, respect, and trust. She treats every ultrasound with the care it deserves, knowing how precious each pregnancy is. Her goal is to provide a supportive environment where families can celebrate new life with peace of mind and genuine joy. You’re not just another appointment—you’re a family sharing one of life’s most meaningful moments.
We combine state-of-the-art technology with deeply personal care. Having gone through her own pregnancy challenges, Kamelia understands how emotional and meaningful these moments are. Every session is guided with compassion, patience, and genuine understanding. We focus on creating an unforgettable experience in a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere—not just providing images.
We offer 2D (Early Pregnancy), 3D, 4D, and 5D ultrasound imaging. These advanced technologies provide clear, detailed images of your baby, with 4D showing real-time movement and 5D offering enhanced skin-tone imaging for even more realistic views.
No, Baby’s First Glance provides non-diagnostic ultrasound imaging. While we use advanced 3D, 4D, and 5D technology to create beautiful images and memorable experiences, our sessions are not meant to replace medical ultrasounds performed by your healthcare provider.
We serve San Jose and surrounding cities, including Los Gatos, Campbell, Cupertino, Saratoga, Santa Clara, and Morgan Hill.
